• February, 2008 Vow Renewal Ceremony at Covenant Presbyterian Church with over 60 couples renewing; David Mabry steps down to accept senior pastor role of Delaware County church; decision to move our Urban Initiatives programs and staff to Inside Out
  
• April, 2008 Offices and training center for Urban Initiatives moved from former Urban Light Ministries building at Pleasant and Fountain to Inside Out at Pleasant and Wittenberg
